According to Judge Jeremy Fogel's court calender.....Acer, HTC, and Barco vs. TPL are scheduled for " further case management conference" at 10:31, on 02/12/2010.

Upon the termination of a court ordered stay, in a civil trial, could someone enlighten me as to procedure? Excluding the possibility of settlement, are we back at square one as far as trial progression, when the initial stay was ordered in June '09? TIA
