As I understand the problem, PDSG does have the technology and the ability to implement on a smaller scale. But the need is for large scale. Such has training staff how to use the technology. While PDSG could train hundreds, the need is to train thousands in the same time frame. Who is capable of that? A partner or a buyer could help or they could do it on their own.
