That has always been something that has bothered me. Not the institutional angle of your post...but the speculators. There just dont seem to be many willing to take the chance even though there is a huge revenue potential from the MMP. The only conclusion I can make is that the management has not proven it can grow the company or even keep the cash in the coffers. This is not a BOD bash post though I am sure many of my Agora foes will interpret it that way. So be it. But the weak link in PTSC is not the patent or the re-exams. The MMP has survived all re-exams fairly well. IMO it is our history of management and lack of any success from management. When a tiny penny stock can earn over $100,000,000 in revenue and an investor looks at our Balance sheet and discover that the revenue was lost on bad investments, CEO's that are rotated year after year, yet the core decision makers are still in charge...just seems like the risk cant be justified. Just my opinion.
