My recommendation in case of the futur PTSC strategy to the BOD/CEO:

- cost reduction over all PTSC activities, especially the "BOD"
- BOD members (old or new one) have to buy PTSC shares to a certain amount of money with their private money. This is what e.g. Siemens is doing in case of BOD members. They have to buy shares for at least 500.000$ etc.
- dividend might be paid just once a year. The value depend on the cash availibility and should not reduce cash to much. Maybe 5 up to 10%.
- Collect as much cash as possible with the comming MMP licenses
- Buy a running profitable company in 1-2 years rather than a start-up. Hence, we have to pay a little bit more but due to the economical crises, good companies might be "cheap" available on the market.
