Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the Barco case involved just the 584 patent. Henneman alluded to the changes in claim 29 and how it affected the patent. So, I imagine past infringement is no longer a consideration. I don't possibly see how they could be our new attorneys if they were also working on, and conluding with the other attorneys concerning the other patents. So, perhaps we will soon see a settlement with Barco.
