We may have used our previous lawyers because they were cheaper and at the time we were only dealing with non-important preliminary stuff like stays, conf secheduling etc. Now that the stays may be ending and we are getting into the discovery phase and the other important stuff, we hired the more expensive heavy hitters. I am wondering what kind of a deal we aranged with them, hourly basis, or percentage of judgment. (% of judgment would that require an 8K?)
