Yeah they do get paid, but then again no one wants to hire a loser. I wonder how Texas affect Roger Cooks reputation (can't win a case with patents on water). I don't believe he is getting anymore money from us. This may not now be a high profile case because it has dragged on for such a long while but eventually, with the vast amount of infringement that is going on and has been going on, it will one day come to light. I would not want to be the lawyer on the losing end.
