I wonder why our people don't have the ability, or concern to catch these glitches. Not paying attention to detail is not a trait of good management. Seems that TPL has purposely changed their wording since the arbitration process with Chuck Moore. The wording "filed by" could imply ownership, or merely working for the patent owner. I am assuming the arbitration process is not yet over since Moore is not yet demanding more clarity.
