I am not arguing anything, sheeeesh! Simply investigating their ability to pay. Also, they had a terrible year IMO in 2009. My intention was not to bring this to a debate or minimize a possible settlement but as long as you bring it up.....their ability to pay in installments might just be suspect over time. Thus my interest in their insurance coverage. done

I did not imply anyone DID go all the way and lose. I was simply portraying a dual scenario which would be tough for a cash strapped company to sort out. Go argue with someone else. IMO
