Don't know if anyone else thought of this......Perhaps what we are awaiting for concerning the J3 settlement (the reason Judge Ward is still in control of loose ends) is the final outcome of the reexaminations that the J3 requested, and if successful for us, reimbursement of our legal fees defending their challenges. Should be substanial.
