As anticipated, Henneman has again successfully debunked the combinations of prior art used to raise any SNQs in the ex parte requests.

It is always a pleasure to read his countervailing refutations and I shall miss these once all validity challenges are ended. A small price to pay, I suppose, for watertight "patents on water".
