Could the " motion to dismiss" be coming from Barco only, in regard to the three patents they denied infringing? In other words, Is it possible that TPL/PTSC have let Barco off the hook for those but their counterclaim of infringement on the 336 is still in play?
Judging by market action, or lack thereof....which I put alot of faith in.....prehaps we are not looking at total settlement but just a modification of claims. Hope I am wrong! good luck
