Failure is part of the investment business!

If you start to implement the "umbrella strategy you have to get the right people for the management job. Obviously RG and PB were NOT the right people, therefore they were fired by the BoD. Because it's not the BoD who has to have the experise but the management...but we had this discussion many times before...
