I don't believe Fogel has authorized the subsitution of counsel yet. Wolf has not told us of any order. Thus, I suspect our counsel to be argued the adversarial motion? Unless of course Fogel has nixed the subsitution and just has not gotten around to issuing the order of denial?

I suspect it doesn't get much odder than this.
