I agree to an extent. I certainly cannot guarantee that what was said is fact but she seemed knowledgeable and sure. In fact, when I began my inquiry I did not refer to the case # and for a second I could only come up with TPL when I meant to say Technology Properties Limited. She said, doesn't matter I am familiar with the case. It is what it is, and Pacer will shortly confirm what is taking place. good luck
