Please explain why cash flow would come into play as to what the NY court decides to do with the case.

Be serious. The only options for us were to ask the NY court to drop the case, and if not then move it. You really think the NY court would transfer it to Texas when there are ongoing cases in California? The courts try to be efficient when it comes to venue. I'm sure we would prefer to be in Texas, but that option is not on the table.
