If my understanding is correct, the examiner on the '336 has until the 25th to act on the '336. At minimum, some sort of Office Action. Per Eggbert's schedule of PTO events:

- awaiting first OA due approx. Feb. 25, 2010...6 weeks from when we waived the right to respond by Jan. 14, 2010 to the determination to grant the reex on Nov. 14, 2009.
