Based on the above, I believe the "motion to dismiss" which I noted was part of the CMC last friday, was in reference to the "584" only and was not a motion to dismiss because of settlement.

SGE...Only posting this to save you some time looking. LOL I may have got it right but sadly this motion thing that I introduced in the first place is disappointment to me in that it is no big deal.
