dys1, I think you're being a bit too selective in your copy/pasting. You started your post with:

"I disagree with Ron's conclusions...." (SGE)

Uhhh, what a surprise....... (your response)

and finished it with:

"I believe Barco vs. PTSC will be dismissed and terms will be sealed (ala J3 with no $$$$)......." (SGE)

There's no confirming your scenario one way or the other IMO....... (your response)

Wondering why you chose not to include this bit in your copy/paste, where SGE said:

"...(acknowledging that we are both thinking in pure, ignorant-of-the-facts, speculation mode)"

Perhaps, had you taken note of that, you would have more fairly interpreted SGE as positing a possible scenario rather than pontificating from on high. I doubt very much that Ron took any offence at SGE's post; in fact I would guess that Ron welcomes discussion and alternative theories as much as anyone, so long as they're based on logic and reason.
