The only real logical conclusion would be all parties( HTC, Acer, TPL, and Barco) have been talking and may have reached an unoffical agreement and none have a problem with the lawyer swap. Unless that is the case you may jepordize your case amoung the remaining parties. Barco's lawyer may have been the ones to propose the settlement terms that everyone liked. There should be some obvious wording in the change of lawyer agreement to give us a clue.
