What the PTO supervisor had to say does not change the fact that per PTO procedure, the examiner must act on the '336 within six weeks of the date at which a statement, if forthcoming, was due. The six weeks end on or about 2/25/10. No disrespect intented to the messenger, but those general comments by the supervisor are IMO worthless to our immediate circumstance.
