I'm thinking that obviously a decision was probably made. And my question is this. If it is an office action rejection, would the file need to leave the examiner's hands? I realize that there is a panel review before any office action, but I don't think it requires possession of the file to transfer to some other dept. So the fact that the file went elsewhere suggests .......
