If I recall I think Moore mentioned either on his Blog, or Moore Vs TPL, that Roger Cook was representing TPL in their arbitration. Unforunately, as you probably know, everything pertaining to TPL has been deleted or blacked out. May be the reason Cook is no longer involved in the infringement cases. Perhaps when attorney client privedges are involved the common attorney can represent one party but he just can't testify against a former client? I wasn't around during the Higgins controversy, but I think I heard that PTSC wanted Higgins to testify.
