While this was going on, it made little sense for TPL to jump into the frey. Wonder if this now puts Germany back into possible cards to play? Or is the outcome of the DT appeal needed first? Perhaps a suit against HTC in Germany might expedite the appeal process, which seems to be dragging based on last info we got?
