Sorry Ads, but I don't get it either. I don't see an obvious relation to anything PDSG is doing, and I don't see where this would necessarily affect licensing activity. Thus, I don't see a "deal" (involving PTSC) in the making. Maybe lead us a little further down the path of your thought process?
