I wouldn't necessarily jump to that conclusion. Some were saying that ALL we got out of Barco was their legal team. I'm saying/agreeing that Barco probably permitted their legal team to join TPL/PTSC/Alliacense without reprecussions and that this was probably addressed at the negotiating table. Ultimately, the former Barco legal team chose to join us - Barco could not force them to. I still contend that we got monetary consideration out of Barco. And I contend that while the disposition of the former Barco team (prohibition against joining one of our other adversaries) was probably an element of the settlement negotiation, it was not the sole or primary thrust of the negotiation.
