There was no PR to announce the Barco suit. If there is indeed a settlement, and there is no money, or nominal money changng hands, is there really a reason to issue a PR?

Sure inquiring minds want to know, but that has never been a guiding light for PTSC/TPL. IF there has been a settlement, the lack of PR over the last 14 days (exceeds the required notification timing) should tell us that it was not a material matter, and considering we get PR's for even the smallest licenses, perhaps it didn't even include a license.

In my experience, public companies that are succeeding wildly, RARELY if ever hide their success. No PR would imply nothing significant business wise out of the Barco case, IMO.
