Your asking me like I know the answer. I have no clue what happened.

But I do believe it was Sedley's post that got this started. If you look at the second link, I do not see where it says Barco's attorneys are FARELLA BRAUN & MARTEL LLP.

That is what the post was alluding to, but the links do not bear that out. Hence, I am trying to determine from other pacers whether or not there is any truth that Barco's counsel moved to our side.

So far, I am unconvinced. But I would like to know the answer for sure one way or the other.
