Bottom line: YOU can choose to be worried about what happens to PTSC and MMP patent enforcement after 2021 (the known 2015 plus 6 year "look back" for infringers notified prior to patent expiration), or you can choose not to worry about it.

Just like you can choose to worry about some new technology coming out at any time that suddenly overwhelms the industry with rapid adoption, rendering our patents worthless (or worth a lot less), or you can choose not to.

I choose not to, on both counts. You are free to make your choice. Beyond that, it would appear that there is very little further to discuss along these lines. And even this discussion seems moot unless you plan to hold your shares forever, or at least another decade. How many here have a steadfast plan to hold their shares another decade? You talk of "keeping it reaL"....well, there ya go.
