IMO. since there was no IDS filed, after, the assignment to the examiner he went straight to the next step that they usally do which is the Litigation Search.....assuming we will now see an OA come beginning to mid April.
The ...474 reexam had the step of the IDS which usually takes 30+ days, we skipped right by that...
