that both TPL and PTSC must give their approval for either to put out a press release regarding newco,infringement, licensing etc. and wonder if that is why we have not seen a PR with more clarity, from PTSC. Any thoughts on this and the problems it may/may not cause? Will we have to wait for the quarterly reports...disect them...and still have too many unanswered questions? This seems to weight more heavily on me than current PPS,MM`s etc. In fact, I think it is our biggest problem. Joe
