Basically, Hennemen says '336 patent matter is settled and pending re-exam brings no substantial new question (SNQ) of patentability. He states the current claims of Mostek, Dozier, and Richter has already been decided during the previous prosecution of these claims.

This should be interesting if a NIRC comes soon or the examiner comes up with another view.

Let's hope it puts it to bed at least for a while.
