IF.....the accompanying licenses reflect the "true" value of the '336 thats been promoted for all these years. I think dismissal of the 2nd request will boost short term interest but, it won't hold if the insuing licenses don't show substantial gains. That's less of my opinion and based more on the assertions made by TPL for all these years.
