I think that the ``cloud`` was lifted when the unification happened. It was the pentium that the big 5 were using that contained the 336. Our initial suits against the big 5 is the reason that intel sued us in the first place. Pohl has said that the company(ptsc) will now change it`s way of doing business and no longer wants to be known as the little company who sues the big companies.
