Never say never but this is B&O we are talking about. The same ones who mouthed off in court something to the tune that they knew more about the law than Fogel. They f`d up so bad that Fogel isn`t going to waste his time thinking twice about denying this appeal. Heck he might not even allow the appeal at all! I can`t recall but wasn`t this Higgins and B&O reinstatement appeal submitted and denied already?
