Instead of constantly citing $123M plus as your starting point, try deducting the $32M plus paid to shareholders first. Then the legal expenses outwith Phoenix Digital Solutions, etc., etc..

The REALITY that remains is there is no way of predicting the licensing revenue for one quarter, for the "patents on water", let alone an annual forecast. This has absolutely nothing to do with who is or is not on the BoD and is why the share price will continue to drift aimlessly until such time the USPTO concludes the ex parte requests.

If tech-savvy analysts are unable to predict a forward p/e, why on earth do you persist in believing that the BoD, which you constantly berate, could do any better in predicting future revenue?
