Sorry SGE....your post is just than same dribble to me.....

You suspect that Baroni is....you assume that the BOD is.....you really dont know much. Yes i think that miles, as i do you, have nothing to add other than your constant defense of a BOD that has destroyed investor confidence and squandered all revenue on worthless investments and payouts to S&L.

Your assumption that comments regarding our BOD are lame at this time....you have made that same statement for over 3 years now. Announcing an intent at a SHM meeting where the attendence would not fill a Starbucks coffee house is not really the same as a PR issued to the general media and public where it can be referenced. You suspect the BOD is doing something? How do u know? You are hoping/guessing/speculating...but you have no facts to back that "suspicion".

Golly they admitted their past mistakes and still suck down monthly expenses allowances and annual salaries. Golly I am glad you are satisified. In the real world they would be fired for their performance.

Please post all the steps they are doing on PDSG. The made a statement at a sparsely attended SHM that they wil try to find a buyer if nothing else works out. Golly....time for a pay raise, no? Voiced their intent to do what with the revenues? Buy back shares and issue dividends??? Why? Because their past decisions have crippled the company. Do we really need a BOD if the intent of PTSC is to issue dividends and buy back shares?

Criticism of the PTO in my post. I think you really need to get a grip on your ego.

I would love to tell you what I really feel about your post but I won't. I hope you can make an assumption or have a suspicion what I really think...you apparently have a gift for reading tea leaves....
