Ease, fair enough; I'm inclined to think that all it takes is one provocative post - and it doesn't much matter from which side of the aisle it comes - to start a self-sustaining exchange which only subsides when more people get bored than are still motivated to continue.
If you really want to be entertained by a joke of a forum look no further than the OT forum - but don't make the mistake of actually participating, as logic and reason have little meaning there.
All I'm saying is that nothing is accomplished by complaints on the forum, other than, perhaps, it makes the complainer feel better, temporarily. If nothing happens after USPTO resolution, I will rejoin the chorus. There have been salient moments in the past that we all thought would be the ones to make the difference; Markman, J3 settlement, you know them all. But PTSC performance after USPTO resolution will be the one by which it will be finally and fairly measured.
