You strongly imply that the BoD "squandered" all revenues from the MMP. Untrue, and you know it. Perhaps 10% could be considered "squandered" - that amount less the residual value of PDSG.
And again, I'm sure the BoD is keenly aware of our expectations. And they have communicated their near term future intent. Unless you have a problem with their stated intent, there is little to hammer them on NOW. That is unless you just have a desire to rehash what's been said hundreds of times before, to an audience that doesn't need reminding.
As for "VALID" patents, while theoretically true, certainly you understand that as long as their validity is in question, their value in licensing cannot be fully realized. And yes, without a known additional request for re-exam waiting in the wings, re-cert of the '336 should prompt a lot of action. What do you think everyone here is waiting for?
