Good observations. My criticism, should things pan out to where a criticism from me is warranted (i.e., divestiture of all or substantially all of what is now PDSG), would be why place Mistry on the BoD rather than gain his input as a consultant - a well paid, temporary consultant? IMO, they didn't need to grant him a seat on the BoD if his input were only critical for six months or so. Note how they've handled Baroni.

Of course my criticism could be quickly eliminated if, coupled with divestiture, there is a serious down-sizing of the BoD as a result of divestiture - as Gloria suggested.
