Yes, it is a good point. Why BoD position rather than consultant? We'll find out in due course.

I'm not sure if this adds to the discussion but, as a consultant now retired, I always felt it was my duty to tell the client what the client needs to hear. I hope both Baroni and Mistry are of the same philosophy.
