I am not questioning Baroni's ethical behavior. You read too much into what I said. The point I was trying to make is how people might view a hired consultant, especially if it worked out to the disadvantage of the shareholders. And how that would reflect on the BOD. I was suggesting that adding Mistry to the BOD was to eliminate the possible perception. I was not suggesting that any perception regarding hired consultants is real.
