Finally a post about something that matters.

My frustration with the PTO, particularly on the '336, is already peaking - probably prematurely.

But you've nailed it on where we're at..... I just find it a little amazing that it's been three weeks today since Henneman transmitted his valid arguments/justifications for termination of the '336 re-exam, including the issue of how this re-exam should probably have never been approved to go forward in the first place. Ammunition (for use by the Examiner) on a platter. And we wait......

As for a sign that something has happened on the '336 front, it won't just be an "increase" in volume, it'll be a tidal wave IMO. And speaking of waves, assuming the thing that happens is positive, I'll be looking seaward for those waves coming in. I believe that when we heard the "waves" (of licensees) comment, it was at a point in time when the '336 was nearing its last re-cert and before the new re-exam was approved. I think those waves are still percolating.
