Perhaps there is another reason why Mistry is there.
Mr. Mistry works for Cognizant. Both Greg Baroni and Gordon Coburn (CFO/COO Cognizant) sit on the BoD of Tech America, so obviously they know each other. Why would you think that Mistry was put on our BoD to watch over Greg Baroni. My guess would be that Greg Baroni was instrumental in recommending Mistry for the position. Corrections welcome.
