Nice that you showed this post here. You went to some trouble to assemble it all. Now IMO please send a copy to Gloria. I mean it is with great effort and money to get our/shareholders' point(s) across to the board using lawyers etc. A personalized approach may get the point across with less complications and cost.

By the way the share price seems to be tightening up. Does that mean we are about to move higher? News of some sort coming? Did that McKelvie guy in Alaska give his review? USPTO? It feels to me like something is about to happen.
