I completely agree with your suggestions. In fact, I proposed these exact things to Agora - emphasizing that a person who reports a violation should never have the capability to pass judgment on that violation. No go....

When I was again made a Hub Leader, I tried to adhere to this philosophy. That lasted a couple of weeks. Then I watched as a certain person persisted in violating this philosophy, as always.

Maybe, with this thread, Agora will take notice and DO SOMETHING.
