When it comes to the performance (or lack there of) of our former Shareholder's Representative, suddenly " it's time to move on to the present". How convenient.

When it comes to the past performance of the BoD, it's all about "dwell on the past".

The BoD recently voiced their intentions. I have asked several times whether people have any problems with those stated intentions. The ONLY response is "don't trust them to follow through". While I understand THAT concern, it seems a bit disingenuous; declaring failure prematurely.
