Sorry to interrupt your discussion but I'm wondering what this deafening silence from the USPTO is all about - does anyone (Eggbert, Emtnester, Optymystic) know, if there are any timelines which occur in the next time?

Or maybe better question:
Does anyone know if there is someone working at the USPTO?

Relax, you guys: either we loose all (which is not much more from what I've lost until now) or we win huge - IMO theres's nothing in between.
BTW, about $50mio market cap isn't bad for a company without revenue or a revenue outlook.
