I have again read the "RATINGS & RANKS" section where I found the following descriptor:

The AGORACOM community is based upon a ranking system which rewards our most active and valuable members with increasing levels of authority to perform a multitude of administrative functions in order to create the best small cap community on the planet

If that activity tapers off to virtual inactivity, how is it possible to remain a "most active member", with the attendant rights accorded a specific rank?
