It's sad...what this board has recently generated into. All the picking over a phrase of " I know what I own " like a bunch of lawyers trying to pick over the bones of a patent. You get a couple people who all of the sudden post here, at the same time incidently, who we haven't heard from in months. What a coincidence. Why you guys even pay attention is beyond me?

You should be focused on why TPL is no longer pursuing infringment on the 148 against Sirius.? Is there a reason, or did they just say the heck with it?
